For us, work can mean satisfaction, confirmation and a sense of achievement. But it can also mean the exact opposite: Overwork or underwork, frustration, bullying. I have experienced both myself. That's why I know how important good work is. Good work is more than just a job. For me, that means: a task that makes sense to you; activities that you enjoy; and an environment that values you.

To achieve this goal, I look forward to working with you on your issues. Together we will find out where you come from, where you stand and where you want to go. What values are important to you? What motivates you? What goals do you want to achieve, both professionally and privately? How can all of this fit together? And what steps will lead you to this goal? These questions will guide our work together.
