We live in a highly competitive and economic environment with a recession and many social and political shifts and uncertainties. This means that we have to be “strong” in order to weather the “storm” out there. The working environment and the managers in charge play a decisive role in this. - Perhaps even more than ever.

Pippi Longstocking once said: 
The storm is getting stronger. That doesn't matter. Me too! 

So what if we knew what helps us to become “stronger”? What if we were aware of our strengths (as an organization, as a manager or as an individual), trusting ourselves and being able to communicate and act in a truly authentic, empathetic and clear way? Wouldn't we then be stronger, more effective, more sustainable, more successful?

I have 25 years of professional experience in marketing and HR, including 8 years in an owner-managed medium-sized company and 17 years in an international corporation.
