“Detours broaden local knowledge” is probably a fitting description to summarize my life path so far. Although I have been fascinated and driven by supporting people and actively shaping social change since I was a child, it took me a few years to find the right form of expression. After a bachelor's degree in economics and an interdisciplinary master's degree in politics, philosophy and economics, my search first took me into the political sphere, then into the corporate world, after which I moved into the start-up scene and finally into the field of further education. Today I work as a freelance coach, trainer and lecturer.

I am convinced that we can only move forward as a society if we meet each other as authentic individuals. That's why I find it a deeply meaningful task to give people the framework and space to explore themselves, to encourage them to open doors that were previously closed, and to give them hope and confidence for a (re)solution.

For me, coaching is an expression of an attitude towards dealing with oneself, others and life, an invitation to reflect and to change perspective as well as a never-ending development process towards personal fulfillment and meaning in life.
