Tina Kassel

Tina Kassel started her career as a junior consultant in an international tax and auditing company and moved from there to the international IT publishing industry. She earned her first spurs in this profession as Group Head of Finance and Human Resources and was later responsible for the entire training area. This was followed by an internal move to Yahoo! Germany, where she was responsible for personnel development and financial controlling and managed the commercial department.

Ms. Kassel then took over the commercial management of GMX, Germany. Here she prepared the company's planned IPO, recruited over 200 employees and acted as an employee representative on the Supervisory Board. Later, the mother of a son gained 10 years of international experience in the textile industry as Country Manager for the largest Turkish textile trading holding Boyner Group. Tina Kassel is passionate about supporting young companies and has been a shareholder of Ginlo GmbH since 2020. In addition, Tina Kassel has been a managing partner of N2N GmbH for over 20 years in the field of personnel consulting, management services and coaching.
